AFC aren't the CPS as far as I know.
How is it in the interest of justice that you stop someone from their employment bc they are under investigation?

Arsenal may have contacts at cps
and give its former head free hospitality.

May be unrelated, of course.

But my point remains.
Also, I think they had a chance to move him on last summer but declined doing so.
We can't have people being treated as guilty before they are even charged.

wasny he also claimmed to have been injuryed when these claims were first made.

suprising that it comes out days after his contract has ran its course. Arsenal might have some explaining to do

He is innocent until proven otherwise.

Charges have been pending for over a year
with no evidence having changed.

CPS chose to wait,... With their former
head receiving game by game free hospitality

Might be nothing in it, but now he's gone
without accepting new contract from arsenal
he is charged.

Remarkable coincidence.

Clubs run the risk of reputational damage
by continuing to play those under suspicion
or even reputational damage by not standing
by them.

Same with any business, and cps have really
dallied here.

Not sure what explaining AFC need to do Tony.
Many people are under investigation by the police at any time.
Are they all supposed to stop from work while the old bill faff about?

wonder how many shirts arsenal have sold and how much theyve made in last 3 yrs ,selling shirts with a possible rapists name on the back to their young fan base

"Possible rapists" doing a lot of heavy lifting here.
Remember the Mendy case recently?

He is innocent until proven otherwise. That's an absolute Bull-**** statement...

He's presumed to be innocent.. is the probable legal term.

it normally works out if he is very rich he will end up innocent.the poorer you are the more chance you will be convicted
