Not really into this club comp, but I've been given £30 worth of spread bets, which I intend to stick on goals... which game would you guys choose?

I'm hoping for no goals in the Benfica game and under 5.5 in Auckland game. See Barstool thread on this competition.There have been some strange results in the early rounds.
Agreed, some low scoring games and some high, like the 4-4 this morning (that'll do)
Haven't watched a game and haven't really bet on one (although I did tinker with 2/3 FH goals in the Real game)

Just logged on and I find it is a 'Team Goals' bet. Boca at 5.5 doesn't leave much scope so I've settled for Bayern at 1.75. Benfica at 1.35 doesn't really work for me. We'll see.
I tried spread betting in the days when you had to phone through your trades. I found them very tough-minded to say the least and soon gave up. Was I glad when Flutter and Betfair came along like a breath of fresh air.
They're only trying to suck me back in after a quiet spell with them. Spread betting is a dangerous game. Betfair more palatable for sure.

they haven't been great, but let's not pretend that they also had one hit the crossbar and one hitting the post.
35 degree heat in Nashville, they are going to find the last 15 minutes tough.
Benfica struggled to break Auckland down as well, only getting a goal late in the 1st. Then as Auckland players tired, Benfica scored another five.
Depending how things go in the other match, Boca might not be all that motivated though.

good on auckland. would be hilarious if boca cant even manage to win
Not as if that was the first good chance the Kiwis have had
complacency and or lack of motivation from boca. they know they arent going through so why bother
market thinks this is going to help Auckland a lot, and in theory it should, but the long delay in the match against Benfica didn't help them at all as their legs were eventually gone anyway despite the 2 hr extra halftime rest.
so much for having the final matches start at the same time when weather delays mess this up. We'll likely see this again next year at the World Cup.

Ok, I just made a silly bet of over 2.5 in Bayern game just after HT at 2.4. Bring those goals.

if i understand rules correctly every time theres lightning within 30 miles theyve got to stop for half an hour. if they have to stop from the most recent lightning strike for thirty minutes then the break could almost go on indefinitely

only 56 mins gone in Boca game. i dont think its restarted yet
used to be goals got disallowed very rarely. now it seems to happen nearly every match
if this was their first game they'd have scored a hatful like bayern did. but it's not. and they're out. and they don't care about winning this
they should have scored a couple of goals but that was all. for the difference in quality between the teams boca were total rank
odds said they should have scored at least five. they werent scoring five if they played until tomorrow
what they produced after the weather break when they knew they were out of the competition absolutely stank. ok you cant qualify but where was the pride to say theres no way we arent beating these when theyre amateur and theyve been smashed in all their other games
