I agree I don't mind him on talksport but his Co commentary is unlistenable.

At least we were spared not having Ferdinand as the other co-commentator.

I like Ally but agree he has become a bit verbose. However he isn't in the same league as the clown - can never remember his name (thankfully) - who commented the PSG/Arsenal highlights last night. Makes me sick listening to his contrived hyperbole bowlucks.  He simply can't stop trying to sound like he is God's gift to commentary.

Darren Fletcher was commentating for TNT on the match. Seems to be everywhere, commentates on baseball and had a show on the snoooker last week with Mccoist.
