Is De Bruyne one of the greats as pundits and commentators are saying? Not in my book. He's been a very good, very consistent player for City, but he stayed where he was for easy trophies and big money, instead of trying to challenge himself. Imo, would not have made a big impact in Spain or anywhere else. And never looked like achieving anything at International level. A great asset to Man City! Yes. A true great? No.

KdB is different from most modern attacking midfielders in that he likes a shot from outside the box. The fans love that.
