Bearing in mind they hand out a trophy for winning the EFL play offs these days. And I am also including the EFL trophy, the one where Peterborough always seem to be in the final. Also any team promoted out of the conference as CHampions.

When we'd had a tough shift at work I used to present an "Employee of the Day" cup to the engineer who'd best coped under fire. Usually the person who'd sworn the most!

It was just a used paper cup but, after a tough shift, to some of the lads it was more important than the Carabao Cup.

the FA Cup is leaning towards being a tin pot cup these days for the bigger clubs,even though it gets a europa league qualification.

the FA Cup & the League Cup are a long long way down for most of them.
An away draw in either  tournament is usually their ticket out of there.
