it's definitely over now, even if Arsenal won their game in hand and were 10 points behind, they are in effect 11 points off because of the goal difference, Liverpool are not going to lose 4 of the 10 matches they have left and Arsenal are not going to maximise points anyway.
Glad Liverpool have won it rather than City anyway.
Kind Regards.

It was over once Arsenal lost their only elite forward in Saka. They were never overhauling a then 7 point lead without him.
They will struggle to score against any team with the current front line. 3 years in a row challenging is very hard to do also and has taken its toll on a thin squad. Made a mess of the window last summer. None of the signings improved the team.

How will Arsenal not get top 2 exactly, 7 points ahead of Forest, 8 points ahead of City with Saka and Martinelli due back after the international break with a long run of fairly comfortable fixtures and no pressure on.
Top 2 doesn't even matter, either does 4th spot, because top 5 looks good enough for the Champions League next season for the Premier League thanks to the coefficient scores. Remarkably looking at the table, even Fulham stand a good chance of making the top 5.
Kind Regards.
