Spain or France will have the advantage regardless, simply because they get an extra days rest ahead of the final as their semi is played first.

possibly mesmerised, but england have fit players with few minutes played in tournament and i think he will need to unleash them to make final.

they were not unleashed in the last final....which was why i stopped watching england play because it mad me too angry.....i have been watching this competition and it has confirmed my decision as correct to give them a blank....terrible when its your own country...

Ive backed the draw in both games. Hard ones to call could be anything.

it may say three at the back on paper but once the game commences we are generally eight at the back with the other two midway between our goal and the half way line.....i feel we will score against the swiss and the secret is will we then go for more goals....if the answer is yes then they will not be able to live with us....if no then a draw is not a bad call as despite having an army in our own half we generally still concede.....

Foden said Southgate has been telling the players all tournament to press and be high up the pitch, yet the players revert to safety making the game move at pedestrian pace, taking too many touches of the ball and not moving quickly, Bellingham is one of the worst for over touching the ball. The manager can only do so much, they better had do what he says tonight because the Swiss are far better than the mug teams we've played so far, any half decent team would have knocked us out by now. certainly needn't be - depends how you use them..Trippier, Saka, Mainoo, Rice all capable of offering attacking threat..not that I'm expecting an adventurous approach but that personnel isn't really an issue...
