All the major outlets put the prices up about 25% last month to take advantage of the Christmas shoppers.

Mate of mine swears by the Porta 6 - you can get a case of magnums for about 90 quid - around 3.75 per bottle. Its not Cotes du Rhone but its easy drinking vino

cases definitely the value if you can trust yourself not to just drink more..(hic)...

I pay 25€ for 10 litre box of award winning rosé at Super U in France. I can easily stash 20 boxes in my motorhome.

In Spain I pay 1€ a litre but it's like Gunk

£10 for a bottle of something Australian or South American is ridiculous.

I don't like paying more than 6 or  7 quid and like a red as full bodied as I can find . Sainsbury's maison red is a fiver and I liked it . Usually buy Aldi got a malbec for  under a fiver and it's very good.
Never buy anything less than 12% or it's not proper wine.

Waitrose doing 25% off 6 bottles wine and champagne, Sainsburys doing 25% off 3 bottles Blanc De Noir Champagne, thats a bargain.

get a box, take the bladder out.

fits nicely up your jumper if you're going racing.  saves you paying £11 a glass.
