Had small bets on the over 1.5 and wondered why they were all settled, game ended 5 nil to Malmo so should have been win bets. Cant get find any links to a chat window for help. Other bookies have Chat windows for instant help which i have used in the past when i had a bet query why not betfair. Do we just wait to see if they correct it later?

tried the contact us links they dont load anything or just go to help articles. Whitelisted the site for ad blocking so any popup should pop up. Not had problems with other sites. Will try another browser later.

managed to get hold of support using another machine/browser to get chat window. Betts being resettled now by trader support. Not sure how they adjust bets placed by a betting bot though. Mine still hasnt updated by p/l page has.
