3 games in, 0 goals, 0 points, bottom of the table,

looked like a decent attacking game v Wolves from what I saw when I tuned in at half time, but just cant hit a barn door with a banjo.

they badly need a goal poacher.

In your opinion, who are they signing to get them out of this mess?

15 mins Everton  looking much more potent than last year

I'm as pessimistic as I have been for the last 2 years. Club in big, big trouble. Can't see much hope. Racing Post did an analysis of the relative ese/difficulty of all the teams first 7 games (as compared to predicted finishing positions of opponents). Everton had by far the "easiest " start. If they haven't got a a couple of wins and a draw in next 4 they are in huge difficulty. Unsurprising given how appallingly they have been run.

Barely stayed up in 2022, barly stayed up in 2023, and basically have the same squad don't they?

So yeah, looks like 'it's their year'

I was surprised in the Carra/Neville season predictions on MNF they did not even mention Everton as being relegation possibles.

Think they just went with Sheff Utd/Luton and either Wolves or Bournemouth.

It was a crap segment though tbf, they both had Man United Top 4 without discussion.

Might be a good time to be losing while the transfer window is still open. Dyche was shopping at poundland when he was at Burnley but at least he was shopping

there has to be some decent strikers knocking around who you could get even for just one year to keep u up and help rebuild

whats vardy up to- he can score goals for sure and might fancy a final dip in the prem

They're getting Che Adams aren't they. Someone with relegation experience at least.

Looks like they are getting this Beto for 30 Mill. 21 goals in 61 games for Udinese the last 2 years

15 points in 21 without Dyche
21 in 17 with Dyche last season.
Competition for the drop looks a lot weaker so far but early days.
They should still be mentioned tho. Wouldn't really be a surprise. Been asking for it for a while.
They were the lowest scorers and conceders in the bottom 6 last year. They need goals but not as many as the others.

the thing is are there 3 worse teams than everton. thats the simple question.

last year there were all be it it went to the wire.

are there 3 this year - probably - luton, sheff utd, burnley and bournmouth must give everton fans hope of staying up this year... but it will be close again for sure

If you didn't know you'd be hard pressed to think that Everton were the premiership side.

Doncaster bottom of league 2 versus a full strength Everton.

The only logical explanation is the players have decided to get Dyche the sack. Sad

17th place Harrogate losing 8-0 at home to Blackburn shows how bad Everton are doing.

Pickford in poor position for the shot
His short arms can't reach that far,

Always tough if they come back off the post
but he just dives for everything anyway, even
if its going 2 yards wide.
