The last goal was at 95 minutes but at what time (GMT) was it scored.. I placed a bet at 10.49pm but was told that the game was suspended (bets void after) a t 10.24pm
My bet was at 10.49pm so the game, which apparently began at 9.13pm would not have reached the 95 minute stage.. the 3rd Sporting Cristal goal was scored at 95 minutes - but I can't get an answer from Betfair.. sadly :( scored at 10.24pm

According to Cristal's tweets the goal was scored at 23.08 and the game finished at 23.11 BST. You are not making sense as 10.24pm is not after 10.49pm

Thanks lurka, sorry for confusion.. at 10.49pm I placed a bet on Sporting to win 2-3.. at the time the 'win' market showed it as 2-2 but the over under goal market didn't ipdated (to 2-2). The prices in the win market were correct at 10.49pm (my bet) and Betfair are saying that the game was voided at 10.24pm because the goal (to go 2-2) wasn't updated/recorded by their "scout". However, as I said - the win market was correct and I think all 'win/lose/draw' bets should have stood as that market was completely updated/recorded at correct - it remained 2-2 until the 95th minute when Sporting scored. Interestingly I was offered a cashout 10 minutes AFTER the game had ended ended and market closed (scores in black). My point however is - why void a market that was entirely correct goalwise and pricewise?

..ps lurka, I was told by two agents that they don't have the information (goaltime/reason for voiding a perfectly good market - and I am now waiting for someone to email me with the reason. (The 'win' market was correct and it was obvious when looking at the 'over/under' market that it hadn'd been updated. So why void the 'win' market? I'll post the reply/reason here. Presumably when one market is voided the whole game/bets are (?). That doesn't really have to happen (imo) but maybe it's in the rules somewhere (if markets are considered 'connected' perhaps).

I've had plenty of bets cancelled or markets voided for utterly no reason nuts. Often, I've seen some bets cancelled but not others. It's only a fraction of markets but it can be a minefield trading / cashing out, etc.
