He’s great player but he’s not number 9 imo
Put Phil in play old city way with False nine see how it goes
Chop it put rash or Wilson

"Talisman striker" yet in a game with 6 goals scored he failed to have a single shot, whether on target or off target.  In 75 minutes he touched the ball 19 times.  That is far fewer than any other player, starter or substitute, except for one, his replacement Callum Wilson.  I know it's fashionable to say strikers pull defenders out of position or whatever but I remember the days when a striker's job was to put the ball in the net.

If other teams could take any England player they would all take Kane

Bet you'd like him at the Spammers Fatty, especially as you've spent £35.500,000 on a striker who can't hit a barn door.
Arry's versatile and can create and score either of which seems to be lacking in your expensive purchase.

Harry carries Tottenham on his back, luckily for him he just about manages to stay on his feet as they're arent any medals around his neck to tip him over.

Losing Kane would be a great loss to England's chances of success

Kane is already effectively a false 9 or a 9.5 and he's the best you have in the 10 role. The first 3 goals came from wide areas and there's still very little creativity in the middle if Kane doesn't drop into the 10 space.

He wants to play every minute of every game, and Southgate is always happy to oblige him. I'm amazed he's managed to remain injury free for so long. This was always going to happen at some point. He needed resting in the unimportant games, but he wanted more goals and Southgate was too weak to say "no you need some down time". That said, he'll probably be ok'd by the scan, and still get in the team whether he's fit or not.

No Kane, no World Cup win for England. It's that simple to me. Played 75 mins got very few touches yet still setup 2 goals. Now that's what I call an excellent ROI Cool He will setup more goals and he'll get on the scoresheet before the group stages are over.

Spot on, Des Pond and Whippin Picadilly.

Ecuador manager was too weak to protect Valencia too.
