Bangbangbets problem

Are there any other bangbangbets users having problems with the site. The last 2 days the back and lay prices won't load. An error message states "internet connection problems detected. Trying to reconnect to Betfair". I have no problems with my internet, everything else is working fine. I have sent emails to info@bangbangbets.com but have received no reply.
