I think Egypt maybe have better pen takers, although the keeper looks a bit over-excitable. So, who knows?

poor pen, keeper almost dived past it. I got away with one there, 0-0 still on.

they relaunched BBC three this week on Freeview, so it's like a new channel. Retune your Freeview, you might get it. This is probably the only thing I'll ever watch on it, tbh. Shyte game, but the opportunity to lump on with real-time pics is too good to resist.

yep, the standard is woeful. A lot of time wasted as well, on top of the glacial pace and refs not adding nearly enough time to make up for the many interminable stoppages, means you get well under 80 minutes of actual play (sometimes less than that). but, it's great if you're on unders or 0-0.
what odds it will stay suspended for the whole of extra time?

Egypt have ridden their luck at times in this comp, doing well with penalties. I wonder if their luck will hold again.
I was praying for the keeper to save it, tbh, and he didn't let me down.
I don't mind the poor games, if I'm on the right side of the betting. They could pass it back and fore in the centre circle for 120 minutes, for all I care.

As far as I know this ended yesterday but I still have absolutely no idea who won the tournament.

Cheers folks. I finally heard during the week that Senegal won it on penalties after an extremely drab 90 minutes. They spoke about it on some Premier league game I was watching on Tuesday or Wednesday.
