Problem for us Spurs fans, is that Chelsea, Man City and Newcastle are all owned by wealthy states. We still have a wrinkly old man on his yacht in the Bahamas and his doctor evil employee making the club more and more expensive to buy that no wealthy state will want to purchase for 2 billion quid that it may cost!! Still they have one of the biggest commercially funding stadiums in the world......FFP once all paid off means they might be able to challange in 2040 when all paid off, by that time the states would have come up with billion ways to throw money at it with in the means of FFP... Well said T.D. and I echo that. Countless times I've been to St. James's Park, more than any other ground, Selhurst aside, and have got nothing but great things to say about the Geordies when I've been up there. I wish them well with the new people in charge now.
