Eventually found them by looking in :-
        "Betfair My Account"
        "Betting History" with parameters "Voided - Closed Markets"
Still no idea why.

Did yon manage to see your bets.
Hopefully it clears itself up.
But would you let me know one way or the other. Will do the same.

Got in touch with Betfair last night, via their message service.
Just left me hanging.
No apparent resolution this morning.
You heard anything, or had it resolved.

Anyone know what this actually means, it is the response from the support people........
"due to console sportex issues no material event was processed for this game after the KO. bets matched between 19:11:32 - 21:00:41 were voided"

The first time is the time of the first goal
No material event processed means they failed to suspend on the first goal.
The second time is the time they suspended all markets for the last time or pulled them completely
As they failed to suspend on the first goal they voided all bets placed from that point on.
They likely have their suspends activated automatically by their feed provider and something went wrong (console sportex issue)

That makes far more sense than the spiel i got from the support crew.
Confess to being a bit angry with their response, but yours explains it far better. I can now appreciate the reasoning behind the voiding.

Notice the opposite is far more prevalent, where it seems to suspend for no reason, or worse locks on suspend. They don't seem to void in those instances.

No, not very often. Suspending for no reason is far more common. But the rules provide that they can void in your case.
