I'm fairly sure bf messed up with the early disallowed goal for Germany as well, voiding bets when VAR wasn't involved. Its impossible to second guess bf when their rule works the opposite of how its stated. Regarding the Spain goal in this game

Well it wasn't deliberate

it was unintentional sonts but it was just sloppy. Murphy seems to think it has to be ankle breaker to be a pen.

Concerning that they can't even be consistent with their ruling on a big tournament like this.

There you go. They make it up as they go. I feel it might have something to do with whoever they outsource the markets too. They waited a long time to unsuspend earlier, was like a certain company wanted to get their eggs in order.

The game has gone ,someone standing on your foot doesnt make you fall down ,might as well make it non contact ,because its coming the way we are going ,if you touch an opposing player .....foul .

Diego Costa was worst for that , He actually won a pen against Holland by stamping on a player's foot and going down.

From what I can see the trading team have stated that the goal was confirmed by the referee at 20:24:54  indeed after 2-3 seconds the linesman raised an offside but the VAR came in and confirmed the initial decision. - Timothy

this is very far from the truth. it's on live TV, the ref reverses the decision a much longer time after the flag goes up.
