Anyways our number 2 Jon McLaughlin is there and his record in the 11 games he played for us last season is impressive with only 2 goals conceded and 9 clean sheets. Second best keeper in Scotland.

Any idea why he retired in the first place aka? He was after all voted SPFL Player Of The Year by his fellow professionals.

He said that he wanted to concentrate on his club career as he felt that at his age it was difficult to manage both club and country.

I reckon Rangers can get another three years out of him. Signed a one year extension I believe?

Slightly of subject but Brian Laudrup said in the Mail on Saturday the one player they cannot let go is Kent. Reckons he still has to peak and not a bad judge is Laudrup.

You're not too clear but backing, as in supporting I always will, in terms of betting them, never.  That's because I'm Scottish first and foremost, and always will be.  You?  Still no apology to Mr Clarke though I see.

You'll note I didn't disagree with that. Of course, Leighton was better - but that's a whole other argument.

Could possibly make a case for Gordon if I was being belligerent, but I'm not. One thing's for sure, it's certainly not the failed sweeper/keeper.

Loved the Motherwell fans chant at Fir Park the day after Andy unloaded his woes and worries to the Daily Record. , He had women and paternity problems, he was being pulled from pillar to post, he couldn't come to terms with himself, his head wasn't right.
