What's the best software. I want Betangel because it has the practice mode and £18 every 3 months is nice and cheap but is it the best option?

They are largely much of a muchness whilst GeeksToy also has a practice option.

 I've got this for 90 days and by then I will be up to speed with it so will probably stick with it after that, £18 every 90 days wont break the bank, or just £60 for 12 months might be best idea |

In practice mode does it give a full loss and profit column? its not real cash so I'm assuming I'll need to input the end of game result manually? with the commission done myself?

don't worry about practice mode, just get hold of GTFI's spreadsheet and watch the ££s come rolling in

Its just the little things like ticking the green box for all green up, football is easy to be fair
Horse Racing on the other hand... Everything is so quick and there's no chance I'd get use to that |

go on you tube and watch the vids, far easier than reading the manual....there are a shyte load of settings on it though..

Bet Angel is much more expensive than £60/annum
I wouldn't use it to green up because it's usually better to do so manually and never use it when their are gaps in the market ie in running horse racing. |

And yes I've already seen its better to green up manually rather than trade out I think its a good tool to practice possible profiting systems, it'll come in handy for that I guess |

Another point I forgot to mention is that Betfair don't like over use of practise mode.

Learn to use the ladder interface with keyboard shortcuts for cancel all lays/bcks as well. You can read a market from the ladder and know what is happening before you see it anywhere else, there is much more info on the ladder than the grid because the grid only shows you 3 ticks. It's very good for tennis

Greening up on the ladder is the best way to green up or red out. You just pick what price you want and it works it all out for you. When you see money disappearing on the ladder, that means bets are being cancelled by the fastest guys, you will see that 3-5 seconds before prices change depending on what the delay is. That is when they are placing their back bets at the new prices.

BA linked to Excel, works a dream if you're good with excel.

im using BA pro though, a lot moe expensive, but well worth it for me

Greening with BA works out better than using the BF API, it may only be pennies per trade but they add up. This should cover the £6 sub every month.

I've found on the pro you can bet in below £2 increments, is this frowned upon?
