Anyone come across on here. Place a bet and it doesnt show up , giving u the impression that bets not matched , very dangerous , actually does show up on ur phone. I placed a bet on snooker earlier on laptop , didnt show up , im on my phone a few hours later and see that it was matched and its still not showing on laptop.

every time you log on to betfair to trade you should be recording your desktop

I spent a considerable period onto Betfair today informing them that there outright snooker market had been almost settled prematurely, all my outright bets are invisible, clearly an error on their behalf that prevents you trading your position. standard answer that its going to be looked at by their trading team.

Yes, I had this the other week.
Opened site on pc, went to Champion's League Outright, and it said 'you have no bets on this market', no green or red figures etc, but actually I had hundreds£ Logged on phone and all the bets showed up. |

It's a right pain and I haven't got the phone option. Lots of bets in the outright snooker market and I can't easily assess my overall position. Hope it's sorted out by the morning.

my prem league outright nor world snooker, not showing, but my f a cup, euros ok, i can still bet on the snooker but the bet doesnt show up, so yes its a bloody nuisance not knowing my p/l, and actually youre not sure if bets are accepted or not ,

I had the very same problem yesterday on the Valspar US golf tournement, I had about 10 matched bets but when I logged in it said 'you have no bets on this market' I spent about an hour on the customer service pop up to be finally told 'there is a display error'.
I went to the matched bets function and downloaded a record of the matched bets for insurance. This morning my account has been updated and things are now correct. But the whole point of using betfair is to be able to trade if you want to, if this isn't fixed soon I'm off. |

just checked mine ok now as well, buy i was lucky i put up a bet on it yesterday 200 quid on murphy at 2.16 when smurf was 2 up it wasnt showing at all so i presumed there was an error and bet wasnt accepted at all, luckily i checked my account section and the bet was unmatched, but now i couldnt cancell it, so had to phone betfair to cancell there end, but if i hadnt checked on my acct section i would have been pretty sick today seeing smurf around 6.0

Yeh all correct now thank goodness, hope it doesn't happen again! Glad you were able to get that bet cancelled elisjohn, and it highlights the predicament these errors can put us in.
