Any one else having issues in trying to use the lay all option. Dutching calculator not working and the book / list not populating?

i've noticed the way i normally do it, to set a certain liability isn't working. thought it was my browser tbh and not particularly bothered, as i can just set the amount manually but it is slightly less convenient.
