Sterling is not a Footballer, he is just a fast runner end of.
The game is completely finished now when you get a red card for that. |
By:
may as well just leave the markets suspended till HT

the truth is even with 10 men City probably don't care about winning the game, hence team selection, Pep can afford to throw it knowing the title is home and hosed, all about the Champions League, though Sterling will probably be on the bench unless he starts stepping up

By:
missed the red?deserved?
By:
No a yellow card, but var intervened again, a good robust challenge, the game is gone, if it wasn't for betting I wouldn't watch the premier league.
By:

By:
WD Leeds.
Good for them imo. |
By:
2 shots all game 2 goals
![]() ![]() Poor City, they are still champions but that's hilarious |
By:
When was the last time city won after going behind?
By:
Often wondered if City fans feel cheated when they see Sterling on the team sheet. Or if Sterling himself feels guilty when he looks at his pay slip.
By:
How short did City go, please?
By:
Leeds hit 50.00 and hit 30.00 with £1700 traded on it.
By:
Thanks, TBB!

By:
I didn't bet on the game but that must be a coupon buster for many thousands of accessories.
By:
There's always one eh?
Wouldn't have seen that one coming. |
By:
Leeds tend to get mauled by the big sides as well
Their open playing style usually gets them a hiding Please for them today they've been great entertainment all season |
By:
When they played West ham I thought Leeds were an expansive but moderate team. Just confirms my suspicions that Guardiola's Man city peak at the wrong time

VAR is getting too involved and has far too much influence on the game depending on who the VAR official is as the ref sees Coopers challenge in real time whereby he clearly plays the ball 1st and his momentum takes him into Jesus,Yellow card fair enough in todays namby pamby game and never ever a clear and obvious error by the ref but VAR ref looks at it numerous times in slow motion and decides its a nailed on red, Cooper played the ball clearly, yes he was a bit over aggressive but he cannot kick the ball away in a tackle and then magically put a full stop to his legs momentum, sorry but if thats a red the game has gone and then you had Raheem Sterling 10 minutes before that incident not playing the ball making no contact with the ball but the full weight of his studs going onto the top of Raphina's ankle leaving him writhing pain on the floor and no yellow no nothing,Cooper actually played the ball but his resulting momentum causing the issue.
By:
I agree with you roache about Sterling's challenge but but his avoiding of a card does not reduce the negligent aspect of Cooper's, in my view.

Why not do it like tennis and have a maximum number of var calls in each half called from the captains.
