Some providers showing FT as 2-3, others showing 3-3 and betfair have left the markets open , anyone know the story here

AGF were 1.01 in the 95th minute. VAR awarded the home side a penalty but the market didnt suspend. Hr scored the pen to make it 3 3 but the market remained open about 15 minutes after the final whistle
