Even if this made sense, which it doesn't really. The last 2 games we have played a back 3, the whole point of the right back then is to be a wing back in said formation, as no-one plays a flat back 5.

In reality though one might wonder how one of the best players in the best team in the world over the last few seasons perceived to be one of the best players in his position cannot get into an England side over a player who isn't even first choice for his club.
