I don't think another team will ever go unbeaten in England's top tier, if this Liverpool team can't do it when it's probably at it's weakest then unlikely to ever match 2004 when competition at the top was tougher, Man City this season have lost by mid season that they did previous two seasons together, not taking anything away from Liverpool though they proved themselves in Europe, though statistics and records are statistics and records, not winning the Champions League means this Liverpool side are more successful, Arsenal really should have won it that year, lost to Chelsea near the end and would have faced Monaco then Porto, 2006 an even bigger disappointment with the triple punishment, sending off, 10 man, hauling off Pires, conceding offside goal to Eto'o that today would not have stood.
