winning settled sports bet reversed 2 hours later, total Joke Betfair

Before posting on here, your first step is to check if your bet was a winning one in the first instance. (If u are unable to do this, maybe u should take a look at the bets u are making.)

If it is a winning bet, then contact betfair directly and make your case for them to pay out.

If it is not a winning bet, and they made a mistake in paying out incorrectly, what is the problem if they have reversed your payout?

Think about this. If you knew u had have a winning, that betfair did not pay out, what would u then do? Just sit there meekly and accept it as one of those things?

I think if it was settled by mistake as a winning bet ,then it will get reversed . Maybe it wasn't a winner .

I'd stick to bets you can check bazza in future

was an interest bet on throw ins corners and free kicks, i had to pop out and came in to a settled winner, so no reason to think otherwise. placed few more bets then over 2 hours later it gets reversed. just frustration and beer on my part guys,,,sorry for wasting your time....... normally id watch and know if bet was up or not, and certainly no reason to think that a winning bet was suddenly going to become a loser over 2 hours later .

i'm sure if you text them in the morning they will confirm the bet outcome bazza

Hate that, got paid out on one last week (was quite a bit as well £60) and then £60 just vanishes and when I checked the game in question they were right to reverse it but it still grates

Like make sure its a bleeding win first before paying out

On the other hand, bookies wrongly paying out on losing bets is very handy for villains like me. We are very quick to withdraw our accounts to safety, especially during very dodgy stewards inquiries.. I do have a guilty conscience mind you, I suppose I would repay rather than open another account !,

Odds on my decision ......15/2 repay , 1/25 disappear over the horizon with my ill -gotten gains.
