Betfair incompetence

1-1 and still markets left open one game is all they have to monitor what is going on

91 minutes in all markets suspended and game still on you have to laugh

Oh dear oh dear now there is a German game on and it is suspended basically since kick off yet other betting operators have no problem with it

Did anyone else get cheated by BF on this market?

get onto them on twitter about it and ask that the bets are voided. It just happened again today in the Gamba Osaka game. I started a thread about it.

I've already been on to BF about it, got no sense whatsoever. I laid the draw then backed it at higher odds when a goal was scored. The bets were matched and I had an overall profit whatever the outcome. I never received my profit then, several hours later they voided my bets where i had backed the draw and left the bet where i had laid the draw. The game ended in a draw and they deducted £££'s from my balance. Absolute disgrace!!!

Anyone else had a situation like this?

I saw a game once where there had been a goal and yet 0.5+ was still going.  Unfortunately I assumed the goal must have been ruled out and so didn't capitalise.

I won't let this go...

Yep similar happened to me spent an hour on the phone they voided my winning bet but settled my losing one. Was told it was being referred to a trader who would e-mail me back ..... still waiting

sometimes they put up two games and you get a choice.WOW.......................

What I did is went on to betfair Twitter and when tony Calvin tweeted something I replied saying I had a problem with a bet on the exchange he immediately tweeted back in fairness with a link to contact the exchange team who are very very helpful,unlike the "helpdesk".

so basically anyone trading with a large liability with a lay and then a back or vice versa could get their bank wiped out with only one of the two bets honoured due to VAR or some other technical error. If you went months scalping a few ticks here and there and had a lay bet lose with the back not being honoured you're wiped out with this type of betting.
