I do some correct scores and just assumed it was a glitch just pertinent to me - always previously available bets were shown for upwards of £2 - but did a bit of probing and quite clearly they've changed the default to minimun £10. To be accurate it does show on the log but not on main screen ....

You can change the Bet View to £2 under settings to the right of your screen.

For some reason yesterday my setting went from £2 to £10. Not sure why but I had to change it back manually.

Changing my bet view from £10 to £2 meant that I lost the percentage overround. Changing it back restored it.

I don't use the Betfair website, but when I've had reason to load a market up, it's been £10 for a long time.

If mine is set to £10 darlo then the percentage overround does not show and that's on a 15.6' screen.
