Never mind derby and Southampton this spurs team is the biggest disgrace ever to play in the premier league.and for that matter the English top flight in my lifetime.

Apart from a couple of the teams that Man U have beaten, how many of the Europa teams would survive a season in the Premier League? Bod Glimt would struggle in Div 1. Winning the Europa League would be better than losing it but in no way makes up for being 17th in the Premier League.

Absolutely sageform I’m a United supporter and it’s embarrassing the way this game is now been built up the Watney cup back in the 70s would take moor winning both spurs and united are lucky there were 3 teams even more appalling below them .

Not far off emit however there has been a few good performances particularly at anfield I know spurs won at city but so did united which I suppose makes city the third worst

Went on Sunday, just when you think we can't play any worse-we played appallingly. How that idiot is still in charge baffles me. That said, Palace with the exception of Liverpool and City were the best I'd seen, and were excellent all round, in attack and defence. I must have a small bet on them this weekend as they were far superior to Villa, Forest etc. Mind you, they have a manager who knows the time of day unlike our barely there incumbent.

I'm delighted for BIG Ange - he should just walk away now and leave Spurs to it. U came and done what u said u would do and win a trophy. Well done mate

What I would say and I’m a lifelong united supporter both these outfits have absolutely no chance of finishing above the likes of palace,Brentford and Brighton next season probably avoid relegation but any notions of a top 4 finish would be laughable.

Bad luck jimnast, but you've been winning silverware for a few years now; we're long overdue. I'm glad we met you this year. I wouldn't even think about next season yet, there's a summer window to negotiate and anything could happen. Utd will always attract players, that's a given and Spurs in the CL should boost our chances too. Long way to go until next season starts... both our teams need a breather now.

Just watched the body interaction reaction of Levy and Ange Dosent look good
Anyway Spurs need new players
CUNIA must be the top target Would make a big difference in midfield

Well done Spurs! I was swayed by the nay sayers towards the end... But I did get a vibe yesterday that destiny was coming our way
Are sacking him or see what's happening by Christmas?
I have a feeling Daniel has felt someone out in preparation..

Shaka Hislops opinion is totally irrelevant on every level..
At the end of the day, Ange has out performed every single Spurs manager including Poch.. In the fact he has delivered a trophy!
Also, The squad is poor.. Son, Richarlison, Madders and probably Kulusevski all great players (the Stars) but from here on in, not able to perform for 90 minutes per week let alone 2 x 90 minutes..
Imagine the scenario where Levy sacks Ange and we lose the Super Cup! How awkward would that would be?..
I'm happy to go back to being Demented.. COYS!

Van de Ven is the key man. What ever the forwards and midfielders have done this season, the back 4 have undone by terrible defending and when Van de Ven and Romero are absent, they usually lose. Son was very good when playing with Kane but has been a shadow of that this season and looks very slow now. Udogie, Spence, Johnson and Porro have all established a place. Solanke to me is very disappointing and new strikers have to be the priority for the summer.

How really embarrassing to lose 4-1 to Brighton to complete a truly awful season. Either they played out of their skin in Bilbao or the other contenders for the Europa Cup are not Premier League standard. They only just managed to beat MU after all and they are barely Premier League standard themselves. Spurs should be able to afford to buy a few players but their record in the transfer market in the past 5 years is woeful.

This turned out to be a wonderful season.... a major cup AND Champions League qualification. More than anyone here could've hoped for. Just don't look at the league table.

So out of 38 league games, I've watched them all, we managed to lose 22 of them. So everythings ok 'caused we won a cup. I'm sick of losing the preponderance of games Get him out of the club, and get someone in who knows what he's doing. A pair of us went through the players we would keep without giving it deep thought. 11 rolled of the tongue, which means the team's alright, the manager isn't. Lastly how many youngsters has he utilised? Not very many, the bloke's out of his depth.

Foster, Reguilon and Whiteman have left the building and thankfully so has that non-entity Werner. Danso is now one of us, which was a simple and deserved signing. Now all we need is to convince Enrique to leave PSG

Ryan Mason.. Gone to manage WBA as manager. Good luck Ryan.
Still trying to get my head around how Levy can sack Ange (I understand it's for the best) before the Super Cup and not look a total brute!
The two best teams in Europe right now. Very little between them from what I saw earlier today. I'm with you here sofa.
Farewell Werner.. Thanks for the memories. Dare say he'll be tearing it up at another top team next season...

I had 2 choices in my head and Frank was one of them; the other was Glasner. Both would do a better job than Coco imo. We need someone like Poch, who can make an average side tick and has PL experience. They both tick that box.

Thomas Frank @2/5 to be next manager - this is a man who has won zero trophies at senior level. Jose, Conte, Poch & now Ange all gone. What do Spurs want from a manager?

Jose has his own agenda and is/was too egotistical. Conte and Levy were never going to see eye-to-eye. Poch (wrongly) thought he was better than us and Ange was just a clown. We're never getting a Pep, Klopp or an Enrique; they're a cut above us, so we need to look for someone promising, like a said earlier... another Poch who is ready to step up. Frank looks like he wants it. What can Spurs get from a manager?
Frank may be a bit hasty, but he's not the worst and (imo) is worth a shot.

Ok, I'm on the Frank train. Let's make it happen this week rather than dragging on for half the summer. I can see Ange ending up at the likes of West Am next season. If he can bring Spurs from top 6 to 17th then he's more than capable of getting a mid-table team relegated.

Frank has always given the impression he loves football and has a good grasp of how it works. One of the good guys.
Good luck to him and spurs.

Levy. “Personally, one of the things that I am excited about is that he is an outstanding developer of young players so I really look forward to seeing what he can do with the squad we have here”. This reads awfully like code for “don’t expect anything like a Premier League scale budget to buy in”. I think you’re well out of it Ange.

New Tottenham boss Thomas Frank's backroom team is now officially complete after the club confirmed his staff.
Ex-Liverpool goalkeeper coach Fabian Otte has joined as First Team Goalkeeper Coach.
The German left the Reds last week and is joined at Spurs by First Team Individual Development Coach, Cameron Campbell, who recently worked at Bundesliga side RB Leipzig.
It has also been confirmed that Matt Wells will remain on the coaching staff as Assistant Coach.
Justin Cochrane (First Team Assistant Coach), Chris Haslam (Head of Performance & First Team Assistant Coach) and Joe Newton (First Team Coach Analyst) had already followed Frank from Brentford, while set-piece expert Andreas Georgson (First Team Assistant Coach) had arrived from Manchester United.
But Rob Burch has left the club, having been the First Team Goalkeeping Coach after returning to Spurs in 2023. (sky)

Wow, the cash is being splashed this week. Wonder does it mean that Romero will be sold? Anyway, MGW should be a good signing. Unusual for Levy to splash out on a ready-made PL player.

The jury's still out on the other guy. I don't like the fact that he downed tools at his previous two clubs. Hopefully he doesn't being his bad attitude to Spurs.

That's the problem with him sofa, now it's Frank's problem. Can't say I'm over-excited yet, but another statement signing might see things differently.

I've decided to pay the £45 for Spurs Play to watch our opening 5 friendlies. £9 per match. Not too terrible and a chance to see Frank's team following the circus. First up, Reading on Saturday.
