The sad reality is that Scholes comes across as a bitter ex pro.
Despises the modern player's lifestyle and has nothing to contribute apart from 'back in my day we did this...' He only ever gets wheeled out for utd games to stick the knife in on jose which is pretty shameful imo. Any number of former liverpool players from the 80s spring to mind in comparison. |

What else can Scholes do but criticise? He played during the most successful era where there was obviously a different mentality amongst the players.
Ex Players not wanting to offend anybody are the problem. |
