Their "live chat" option doesn't work and I don't use Twitter or Facebook. So how can I contact Betfair (besides calling them by phone?)

Ok thanks, just wrote them a strongly worded letter which I'll post tonight. Live chat doesn't work on Brave browser or Chrome.

ring them, phone call will doubtless be recorded so they can listen to it again if customer service cant help you

Waste of time phoning them, Twitter is much the best way,the exchange team are terrible.
