I have tried several ways of trying to identify BTTS matches over the last 2 years without any success. Some teams have a pattern of play which is more adventuress and I see them as a better bet. In the recent past Bristol City, Brentford, Peterboro and Accrington looked good candidates. While there are other teams who are more defensive and are bad candidates, Shrewsbury, Cardiff and Middlesbrough. However this is often built into the price. BTTS form is not a big pointer. In the last 12 months the English Premiership has seen more goals per game than the other leagues but this could be a just a short term fluke.
