Bosnia - Austria Why is this game still suspended and not in play

When markets are announced to be inplay, so it is always very nice and honest, they in fact stays open also at the beginning of the matches and not being unsuspended several minutes later. 4 Europa National League matches became suspended and that is not satisfactory. It is in fact very much annoying. -:(
