Still suspended, a small profit on the game but money tied up across markets , surely they have rules to cover abandoned matches that won't be re-played.

the ref will have to send in a written report as to why he abandoned it,so if it is replayed it will not be in the 72 hours unless the postal service is top notch,and the clubs get letters back giving instructions and police are prepared to call in extra cops for security,and new programmes are printed for the replay,and all staff have been told,and it suits the away teams agenda and so fourth,but i am sure betfair are well up to speed on this match and are in constant touch with the organisers in the hope that the game can be played as soon as possible,my guess is that betfair will be ringing every half hour to get the latest position on this match.
but its strange that every other gambling organisation on the planet has returned money and voided as by their rules,but i guess betfair will know more than the rest of the other gambling companies ,and must feel that the game will be played again within the 48 hours that are left.  |
