Romania V Chile

Cannot believe they have not turned this market in play. How on earth do they expect us to trade positions on a market it was fair to assume would go live?  Plenty of good up to the minute streams about. No excuse and the usual poor excuses. Surely they could put a note at the top of the market no in play would be offered. It is getting to the stage I dare not place a bet prior to event start and wait to make sure it does go in play. Needed to get that off chest. Sorry for the moan!
