So you know something that nobody else seems to know. You dare not tell us but decided to let us all speculate.
Its his uniquelyly calm and relaxed temperament, he was the only manager in the world whos presence and attitude could take all the pressure of his players by constantly telling them everythings easy and ok. Combine that with a very talented squad, no european football and the rest having sh1t seasons and you have the recipe for success. Without Ranieri and with all the other factors that lead to them winning with ease, somebody like Pearson would have only finished about 6th or 7th, as the side would be bottling under pressure in big games as the manager over reacts to results/goals.
Ranieri has been the same in every job, its a recipe for disaster when fighting relegation, even when things arent working anymore hes telling everyone its ok and to carry on. Hes the perfect man for a settled team and tactics that work but theres no plan B when it doesnt.
