Very rare for me to bet on match odds football but this one is an exception. I just can't see Steve Bruce playing anything other than a second string side, with fourth place a certainty. He's always played poor sides in Cup matches and this match is less important than any of them. Plus no one is going to want to get injured with their biggest matches of the season looming. A second string Villa side deservedly lost 2-0 at home to Boro in the League Cup and deservedly lost 3-1 at home to Peterboro in the FA Cup. Millwall have been backed a little from their opening show early Sunday morning when they were 2/1 but still plenty of 7/4 available and I think they'll shorten further.
few all to play for games in the championship bolton need to beat forest to have any chance of staying up , forset safe derby still need at least a point against barnsley who need to win preston need to win to have any chance of play offs v burton who also need to win

Millwall would have to win by 6 or 7 goals according to me and Derby lose at home to Barnsley.
Villa will probably be under strength, but the EFL has sent a directive out that teams will be punished if they play under strength teams so changes will not be wholesale.
I expect Boro and Villa to start their typical subs today.

Good call in the end by Clydebank with Millwall winning. Villa put Terry, Grealish, Grabban on the bench.
Good 4 timer from Degsy - about 13/1!
I am looking forward to Boro/Villa next Saturday should be a full bloodied affair in a packed out Riverside.
