Hi is anyone else having problems with the Leicester v Soton game.
My balance is going the opposite way.
I mean I am showing a nice profit in play but my balance shows a huge loss.

talked to customer support and there's a problem at the moment with balance showing incorrect amount

It all seemed to sort itself out okay in the end albeit these glitches which never happened 10 years hardly inspire confidence. |

i think some bets on the exchange went into cyber space

i wonder if they cancelled some bets somewhere?
most of these glitches seem to occur in part settled markets or the like |

i done a few penny bets that were matched and then they went into cyber space.and i backed a goal in a game on the exchange and it was moved to sportsbook.
i guess they were photon bets they disappear and appear somewhere else,ha ha the scientists of the world spent billions of money trying to discover the photon and they could have found one or two on the betfair site. |

and if i try to deposit into my paddy account the deposit card for betfair comes up on the paddy site.it looks like paddy is taking over.or else he is just flexing his muscles for some reason.

i know what is happening,they are doing some planned maintenance under the heading arcade name but my guess is that its really to get both the paddy site and the betfair site more closely harmonised for brexit handover.

It is a worry they could only blame a technical issue.
Example if I had only 200 pounds in my account, which I had used to back the draw at 3.5 or so in this match, leaving a balance of zero, the system in this game late on would not allow to manually cash out laying the draw for say 200 at 1.8. (It required a furhter 200 balance and not as usual taking into account the live market position) If this was a one off fine but if this is going to be a regular thing it could spell disaster unless people are aware. I guess the cynical (including myself) could be forgiving for thinking they have some program tangled up with the PP/BF sports books. Basically what I am trying to say is in this match late on if you were placing back then lay bets each were getting deducted from your live balance. :) |
