Cash Out Stuck

What a choker. I placed a trixie bet this afternoon on the Sportsbook site. I bet that there would be another goal in each of the 3 matches. Almost immediately, there was a goal scored and I waited for the "suspended" button to clear, knowing that I would be able to cash out in profit, as there was a lot of time left to play. I waited and waited and waited. I contacted  Betfair support and the lady tried to tell me that it was because it was waiting for the right price changes. I said it was suspended for over 30 minutes, she wasn't having any of it. The exchange matches were fine, but she wouldn't listen. Eventually, she said she got an email to say that a lot of the games were suspended for long periods and that the tech guys were trying to fix it. I said it was too late, I have lost my chance to cash out in profit. As it was, one of the matches let me down and bang, there goes all my stake. What a bummer.
