The worst aspect of the new site - and this of course reflects the kind of trader that I am - is no current score on the match page coupon. In-play trading requires a very quick, easy overview of matches that may fit your trading criteria. To have access to the score is pretty fundamental. To leave this out totally beggars belief!

As far as football goes the biggest gripe is the unnecessary suspensions which are sometimes on live Premier League games FFS. Also on the coupon list the time elapsed always seems to be behind the actual time by 1 or 2 minutes.

Wouldn't rely on betfair for the right score or even the correct number of minutes played, bingo.

I think football accumulators might need some work from them. A multiple used to be easy to place from the coupon on the exchange page. This coupon now does not allow u to place a multiple, only singles which were available before. Some traders may like the new look, but a lot of punters do accies.
The sportsbook football coupons are terrible, and this is now the only way to bet on accies. The layout means having to constantly change markets and not being able to compare prices in different leagues ie should I back Burnley at evens or a team for another major european league at a similar price, this info is now only available on about 5 different pages, ITS STUPID. |

I have been on the site a few years, and in my humble, it has become more and more unusable over the years. They ask for feedback, we give it, they ignore it. I imagine the young betfair gang feel they need to keep changing things, but it wasn't broken way back when, and they keep 'fixing' it. Very sad. It really is.

Yeah thats the point really percy, they were a young, new, forward thinking company. Now they are becoming the worst of the major bookies, led by an IT policy with no clear long term ideas as par as the punter is concerned.

They cashed out and sold out, ley, and I suppose we all would, given the chance. Thing is, the exchange is a brilliant idea, but if bookies buy the firm, the concept gets lost in the post. Maybe someone should see a market here and go for it, I only know that so many people on here have given their feedback and it has been ignored. It was in big letters; DON'T CHANGE THE EXCHANGE!!!! They changed it.

The site is not designed for us punters and i like the vast majority much preferred the older site, the site is designed for Betfair to make more profit using betfair bots,do they have to wait 12 seconds ?
