We’re sorry but it appears there are some problems with our football Exchange markets. Hold tight. We’re on the case

So what happens with the game Elfsborg - Falkenbergs match when the markets were suspended from 2-0 and I was´t able to defend myself from over 2.5 and over 3.5 goals?
So I just lost without being able to back?
So I just lost without being able to back?
Well.. that´s nice. Wanted to sell my bet for a loss ... now it´s bye bye money.... :(
This is all a result of the company all the bookies including betfair pay for scores and stats, have their servers are down
Yes, it's really nice watching your chance of trading disappear. Pathetic.
This is ridicoulous:(. Everything suspended for 30 min at least.
lost my chance for cash out cheers betfair poor show yet again
It's the time displays as well, they got me on Friday with the Chelsea game, can't rely on this site.
Can't trust any information on here now, but, that said, I might actually win something with this 'stick a pin in it' new method!
Or I could use the force, but I save that for special occasions and tricky spots
Sportsbook footy times going backwards n all, marvellous
times and scores all mixed up
valencia still drawing 1-1
valencia still drawing 1-1
yet again Betfair messing up and as usual accepting no responsibility

Need cashout on sazburg - austria game but still not possible, managed to make bets on other bookies to insure profit. Other bookies are offering live betting now. Betfair seems to be bunch of amateurs:(.
It's the weekend staff; cleaning woman has her ass on the suspend button while she watches xfactor on her tablet, happens all the time.
Valencia game caught up on s/book, hopefully getting back to time..
Still messed up, how hard can it be to get this sorted, it's hardly the first time.
Total idiots...spurs game shows as 33 mins but then suspends ht! So incompetent.
still got 34mins in play for the spurs game it's H-T ffs
This is just ridiculous. I lost all my money because I lost the chance of trading! :(
Did the players winding on the suspended markets get their money?
Did the players winding on the suspended markets get their money?
F in' ridiculous, it's obvious they have no staff in at weekends, anyone with half a brain is at home drinking and watching the chaos, it's impossible to fathom what is actually happening right now, probably best to abandon betting for the day, but what else y' gonna do?!
Pro punters/amateur site......disgraceful from a ftse 100...amateurs..
Bet365 is running ok!
You'll have to take cover how you can. This might save some of us some money
!

This site died a death when they went from the old system to the new; everyone, to a man, complained and they ignored it. The only thing I can trust now, is that the 0-0 in the French game is genuine, because that is probably right, them being French.
they suspended the newcastle game at h-t as a full time result yesterday by the time they fixed it wolves went 2 up no apologies from this firm when they make mistakes we pay for it out of how pocket
Livescore is a good guide albeit a min behind and needs refreshing, punting in the dark for mugs...Hmmnnn nice one bf..
Greened out of my spurs game goals - Not coming back until it's fixed. Good luck guys
i doubt the money printing in the casino has been interupted
Rest assured, we’re on the case. Hopefully it’ll be sorted in no time.
Please bear with us.

An utter disgrace today from betfair. And why are you underlining betfair in red, as you spell it with a small 'b', ffs. Total lack of customer courtesy, I have given them thousands over the years.
Tin pot operation on the weekends, when it should be fully-staffed, and you can shove your token apologies, people have lost money, thanks a lot.

Are BF planning to add Slimani to the top scorer market
Awaiting a reply on here from the boss...that would be respected by all on here I'm sure, not Twitter, the real punters forum needs a reply in person now..
For bf..the blind leading the blind....one wedged, one skint.
No reply from the boss....guess it's difficult to tell who's the top man these days...c'mon paddy give us a one sentence review of the issues and solutions pulse.
*plse - see I messed that up and have corrected it with a 360 review that I'm a eejiit..
Seems back on track with the games I'm viewing...hopefully for all...not sure of much confidence and having to check live feeds is a pain..gl..
Many thanks for your non reply so to your core and loyal customers......shocking.
...shocking.
Jeez I thought the sportsbook was bad, the exchange is completely gone..
....cheerio customers nay mugs..

I lost all my money because I lost the chance of trading!
And when I´m wining suspended matches I don´t get the money...
Why does suspended matches only count when I´m losing?
Why do they even count when you loose the chance to trade?
This is rediculous!

*** TIMES ALL WRONG AGAIN *** - Breda v VVV game showing 72 mins but livescores showing 82 mins!
This is a f**king joke. Bets placed and now no trade out possibilities.
I hope they lose an absolute fortune in commissions...this is becoming a farce now...
Literally am so bored of this. Total lack of confidence placing any bets now.
What's p***ing me right off is that they still have the "live stream" of action playing in each game and showing what's happening, ywt they won't open the market. Why can't they just open everything up, make it clear that all markets will be unmanaged and leave each to their own...
Not played since the last debacle on Sunday, back today and oops they did it again.....the jokers must have planning meetings on how to brass off loyal customers...
....still awaiting a reply to sloppy Sunday...why am I back?....hmmmn must be a mug

Welcome to another evening of blind mans punt......yep we don't have to play but is it really too much to ask for thus giant betting beast to work??

Betfairs new reply via Facebook messaging:
Bets would still stand and be settled upon the issue being resolved. It does state we cannot guarantee offering matches in-play if we cannot have a feed.
As expected.

1-1 I think now but can't really be sure on here!
Corporate rule no 1: if in the sh1t blame a third party.
It's just so boring and expected. Big business STANDARD. Like, I run a small business; I imagine I pay more tax than Betfair, and if something goes wrong I fix it. Then, if i'm lucky, you come back again. If I refuse point blank to deal with it I get sued. No option of that here with these guys.
Rant over.

Fair play things resumed back on track, as it should be but maybe quicker than before, punters need all the tools available to commit to their investments...c'mon the new regime invest in your clients..ta.
Stock markets trade on confidence...a la founders of this once great site...a request from the core punters..please sort out your issues to ensure a consistent and reliable platform..thank you.
