Chelsea wont ever be a big team again unless they get some flare players or wingers, all their creative players play narrow with one striker to aim at, Chelsea are hopeless unless they get lucky against stupid teams that allow central runners.

The problem is that they'll drop lots of points to the so called smaller teams. EG. Burnley.

Sofa. This is all you hear from pundits and the media. It's a bit lazy imo. It's one game against Burnley. Wait until we smash a couple of the lesser teams the next few weeks and people might not be saying it for much longer.

I think this is going to be the Liverpool of 13/14 again myself.

Not disagreeing with that mafe. Its definitely too early. But from a small five game sample we've looked the second best team in the league. That's the only point I'm making. Got to show we can maintain that for a prolonged period now.

Liverpool nailed on for top 4, possibly as high as 2nd.  Don't like saying it, as I'm not a fan of theirs at all, but Klopp has them playing really well with a squad that's not cost a lot.  Think they broke around even in the transfer window with the sales they made.  JK possibly the best manager in the league as he hasn't resorted to mad money deals like the Mancs clubs.  Arsenal could miss out this year.

Conte was lucky Firminho didn't play instead of Sturridge, they'd have got beat seven.

Man u vs Man c, Chelsea vs Liverpool.  Adventure triumphs over caution.  Positive football beats negative football.  Mourinho prob. too long in the tooth/stuck in his ways to change but what about Conte?
Most of his better results seem to have come when he made timely attacking subs.  You would have thought that would have told him something.  Playing deep with 2 dms and 1 upfront at home aint going to cut it esp. when they lose.  It just handed the initiative to Liverpool.
If i remember rightly, he had a rep. for tactical inflexibility in Italy.  The EPL is a different animal to Serie A.  Will he adapt?  I look on with interest.
