Wales are very much the dark horses in this competition , Im laying Belgium and backing wales , hopefully trade out for a profit when Bale puts them in front :)

The Welsh form amounts to nothing. They won a weak group then beat Northern Ireland. They couldn't beat England sitting back but if they play open Belgium will mince them. Has to be Belgium for me.

I struggle to see how Wales get anything out of this...sounds daft as they are in a quarter final but i don't think they have played that well.
Belgium who i admit are often overrated seem to be peaking nicely and i really struggle to see Wales having much posession and testing Belgiums makeshift defence. I hope i'm wrong and they nick it but can't realistically see it. Think its going to be more a case of Wales struggling to handle Hazard rather than Belgium struggling with Bale. |

beaten easily by Italy ok they stuffed the Republic Of Ireland, we are hardly great they beat Sweden with a late goal, Sweden where awful they hammer Hungry but let's call a spade a spade Hungry getting through was a shock and they are not much use There is always a counter argument |

The rain is lashing down in Lille, which may cause problems for a Stade Pierre Mauroy pitch which has already been relaid during Euro 2016.

Belgium are finally starting to look like the team they have threatened to be for a while. If they play like they did against Hungary and Ireland they will win this easily. I hope they score early and then we will see Wales come out and we could see a few goals. Please let's not have another drab game where both sides are happy to go to extra time/penalties.
