never had any problem with them tbh,bit slow on the payout front but overall no problems

I've used them too, won quite a bit of them TBF, never had a problem, websites a disgrace mind.............

After previously supplying documentary evidence as to my ID made a withdrawal smoothly however about a month later on 3/6/2016 made another withdrawal request and as of today 2 weeks later still waiting for my cash so I contact customer services demanding to know why it has taken 2 weeks and still not in my account and that i have heard jacks hit from them to which I am given I right load of bulls hit,the upshot is that my cash should be with me Monday,so it has taken the jokers 11 banking days to return my cash should it appear Monday.

had a similar story to the OP's about 2 years ago, never thought about them again after that.

asked for a recent utility bill, asked for half a dozen different photos of drivers license and passport, btoh sides of card a couple of times.  each contact was about 24 hours after id email them.  they did everything they could to delay the payout, other books just take your ID once and leave it be.

Shock/ horror bookies hate paying out.

365 gave me the run-a-round with a PVC code but I got it sorted 3 months later. Just keep onto them and don't lie about anything.

I find Betfair and Pokerstars the best but instore cash cards are handy for WH and Paddy Power for instant cash as long as you keep records.

Opened my account with 888 last year when they trebled first bet odds and backed west Ham at man City @ 12/1. been having fun with them ever since. ;)

Never had any issues with withdrawals.

never had to scan a passport, just take a photo of it wit hthe phone and send it, takes about 10 seconds.

they let you win for a while before closing you down.

it might be 1 bet it might be 20 but why wouldnt you take their money?

888bet are often best priced on odds checker, I did their treble odds first bet offer, a treble @ 10/1 which won, £200 worth of free bets payed up, no problem, I posted the bet up here at the time.

Poker I must admit is for my own site/ blog www.freerollhq.co.uk. Yes it is penny pinching but it mounts up.

365 dragged me out. I managed to turn the initial deposit into £500 so I transferred the £500 to the poker site to max out the first deposit bonus. BOOM, they locked my account. They asked for my details, I provided them within 24 hours. They then told me they had to send me a PVC code in the post (They told me I could still deposit!).

I waited and waited and then requested another PVC to be sent and waited and waited. On the 3rd request the operator almost begged me not to get it sent as it would restart the whole process and it could take another 3 months. I told him to send it and it arrived within 3 days. This gave me 7 days to complete a potential $1500 poker bonus. Needless to say I didn't complete it.

I withdrew most of my money but haven't played poker there and still take up the odd promotion. I'll abuse them more than they tried to abuse me.

A lot of bookmakers are worthy of vitriol, but not 888, imo. Odds are usually the same on site as Oddschecker, as opposed to mugs like Victor and Ladcrooks, whose odds are never the same. Also 888 don't limit you after five minutes. Very good bookmaker, imo

I imagine anyone that has a problem with 36 5 is more down to that person being a mug of some sort

It was funny that my account was locked as soon as I transferred the money to the poker site. I play on several I-Poker skins and my details are the same for all of them. The PVC code was a joke and it was strange it only arrived a week before a first deposit bonus could be completed. It's 365's loss, I'd have completed the bonus and raaked them a few quid.

I withdrew the cash and helped pay for some of XMas.

I only ever deposit cash on any site to abuse a promotion and I keep scrupulous records, some mug eh?
