Am I missing something here? Looks an absolute gift of a price. Has already been slashed from 3.7 into 3.35/3.4 am and still shortening. Get on it what you can.

You must be kidding..best they can hope for will be a stalemate.Newcastle's defence, which is poor at the best of times, have been ravaged with injuries and suspensions..wish you luck with this project coz you're gonna need it
