Why the market "over / under 2.5" of match "Hapoel Raanana v Maccabi Netanya" (20 February) was not switched to inplay? The match started three hours earlier than the schedule on Betfair. In addition, matched bets after the start of the match were calculated as the "Settled". Disgraceful!
