Kroos and Modric value ?

These 2 don't score much though their odds are always massive on here in comparison to the other bookies.

Kroos is as short as 3/1 anytime goal and I just got 21 !
Modric is a similar story.

They are both often available at 50-60 1st goal on here and are so much shorter elsewhere.
Question is with Zidane taking over will they have more license to get forward as both are clearly capable.
