Pardubice v Hradec Kralove : Tipsport League voided bets

This is why I closed my account. Bet was showing as matched right up to the point where the 2nd goal went in (first half 1.5+), and it became a winner for me. Then, mysteriously, the bet was voided. Extremely shabby.

Never went in play with BF even tho B 3 6 5 had stats and was in play! Don't understand why a change of neutral venue effects a game and also don't understand who you can do it a the last minute! Like say usual rubbish from betfair, Don't seem interested with the exchange only the sports book. Often more games in play on Sports book than Exchange. Without the exchange Betfair are nothing!

I don't mind that a bet is voided. However, in this case, whilst my bet was still a losing one (before the 2nd goal went in), it was still showing as matched in my account. As soon as the 'winning' goal was scored, the bet suddenly changed to 'void'. Suspicious. Contacted customer services who offered me £5 compensation, but told then to stuff it. Wanted my payout (which wasn't very much to be honest), or I was out. So now they lose any commission on all future bets I would have been making, all for the sake of a small amount. Very shabby, and not a great advert for the company. It's the principle rather than the amount.
