Interesting if true. Most bookies seem to have paid out on Hiddink.
Guess it only applies if there is an official announcement before end of Feb though? They might decide to keep it quiet for longer.

Please find that our market operations team confirmed that this is correct, the following will apply;
1.Subject to paragraph 2, an appointment described by the named club as ‘interim’, ‘caretaker’, ‘temporary’ (including an appointment described as ‘to the end of the season’) or similar, will not constitute first team manager.
This will then be settled as a winner if he is in charge for 10 consecutive domestic league games. However if somebody is appointed before these 10 games as permanent manger then this selection will be settled as the winner as he in principle will be the next first team manager.

Do you think if they have a new manager signed , like Guardiola , they will NOT announce it directly ???
A club is benefitting from clear outviews , which will bring trsut and vision into the team , hence Bayern Munich will soon announce the departure of Guardiola AND the signing of Ancelotti
LAY HIDDINK seems like an golden opportunitiy

Hm it's not terribly clear is it? Seems like the bit below should be in the rules but I don't see it:
"However if somebody is appointed before these 10 games as permanent manger then this selection will be settled as the winner as he in principle will be the next first team manager."
As it stands I can see why Para 2 would lead people to think Hiddink just has to stay in the post for 10 games.

Yeah I think the bit I quoted above would only apply if the permanent manager was actually taking over before the interim manager's 10 games were completed.
