sounds like Barca will rest players + Neymar has an injury, Suarez is out. i wouldn't back Barca B with Messi tb. Leverkusen
By:
"Dani Alves absent through suspension and Douglas, Rafinha, Mathieu and Sergi Roberto also missing due to suspension. Furthermore, Andrés Iniesta and Gerard Piqué were also left out of the squad, the pair rested for Barça’s final European game of 2015."

By:
Marca have Suarez playing.

That's the sort of team i expected. No way should they be odds against for a game they'd normally be about 1.35 (which would be too short) Messi and Suarez don't do 'nothing to play for'. |
By:
Barcas away record is enough to put anyone off in this comp. Let alone without Neymar and nothing to play for
By:
It's hard to back a team with no motivation against a team with all the motivation in the world, win and they are through, knowing that Roma will beat Bate at home.
By:
I backed Leverkusen for a trade as and am going to leave all green on them. They should be able to do a Barka team missing players.
By:
Layed Bayern. They are in same situation as Barcelona and have already won the group so will make changes in the line up.
By:
Assuming Roma win, Leverkusen are out anyway, whatever they do.
So early goals for Roma could seriously see Leverkusen lose interest imo. |
By:
That was to scandinavian heaven btw.

People getting carried away here, this is barca were talking about and even a second rate team will smash most. They have a reputation to uphold and some of the junior players will want to prove all they can. I'm waiting for line up news and will lay bets down then
By:
Why? People are assuming a second string already, so this might be the best price you'll get. If the second string would do Leverkusen regardless, this should be a wheelbarrow job at 2.4, surely?
By:
Probable Bayern line up: Ulreich, Lahm, Benatia, Kirchhoff, Rafinha, Kimmich, Rode, Coman, Müller, Ribery, Lewandowski
By:
At the end of the day this match could go either way. I'll wait for lineups. In situations like this I'll take as much profit as I can for as little risk as I can. Can't go balls deep on this one. To many factors tonight. Another 6 odd games so value to be found elsewhere good luck with ur bets though
By:
Ribery back for bayern is plus see he scored other game Ribery muller Lewandowski could be deadly
By:
Sorry, mega, it's just when you said:
People getting carried away here, this is barca were talking about and even a second rate team will smash most. They have a reputation to uphold and some of the junior players will want to prove all they can. I stupidly assumed that you were inferring that Barca should win at a canter still, whereas in reality you were saying a lot of nothing. Good luck to you too. |

Suarez won't play i'm sure. They have the club world cup coming this week and will play a really weakened side IMO. I layed at 2.08, expect it to go out to at least 2.4
By:
It will be a Barcelona B with nothing to play for, against Leverkusen who must win.
Suarez will not play probably. Barcelona drifted from 2.06 to 2.40 and will probably continue on that trend for a while. Not a match to get involved. A lay of Barcelona to back them before ko is the way forward I guess. |
By:
None of the potential lineups seem to think it will be Barcelona B. Most have about 7 first teamers in them, which if is the case the price is huge.
You're best waiting until team news anyway. No real point getting involved in a guessing the team game. |
By:
I am an expert on football and football trading and I can say that Barcelona are a team if given the opportunity to rest players they will do so. In the 2 legged Spanish Cup tie just past they rested a host of regular players 1st leg and 2nd leg, even after drawing the 1st leg away 0-0.
By:
4-2 4-1 backed gl
By:
The drift earlier today did not surprise me. Wouldn't be shocked to see squad players in the starting line up today.
By:
they did well in the spanish cup though like won 1-6 or something like that
By:
Yes without any of Messi, Suarez or Neymar. They were playing a lowly placed team however.
By:
b team clearly out to impress..same appplies tonight IMO

http://www.fcbarcelona.com/football/first-team/detail/article/match-preview-bayer-04-leverkusen-v-fc-barcelona
B team players Sergi Samper, Juan Cámara, Gerard Gumbau and Wilfrid Kaptoum have all been included in a 19 man squad which is as follows: Ter Stegen, Bravo, Masip, Rakitic, Sergio, Suárez, Messi, Neymar Jr, Mascherano, Bartra, Munir, Jordi Alba, Sandro, Adriano, Vermaelen, Samper, Gumbau, Cámara and Kaptoum. Won't be a bad side no matter who they put out. Reckon he could be tempted to rest one or more of the 3 star forwards. |
By:
Neymar picked up an injury in training so unlikely to feature.
By:
you all seem to think that barca b players are bad..they would probably win the premiership with a B team ffs
![]() |
By:
Had to go in again @2.40
By:
Leverkusen play a very open game...chicarito should score a few though
By:
Didn't Barca B finish rock bottom of the Spanish equivalent of the championship last year?
By:
fck knows but that includes players which arent in the main B team anyway
By:
Levekusen back 4 dodgy. Has to be barca
